Returns Eligibility

Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us process return and refund requests quickly and fairly, customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label on the parcel.
- The complete opening process.
- The product received inside the package.
For claims related to damaged products, wrong products, defective items, or missing items, an unboxing video serves as important proof and significantly helps in approving return and refund requests.
Kridha Collection reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient proof is not available.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional products (unless received damaged or incorrect).
- Customized or specially made products.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, Kridha Collection may arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions.
Fraud Prevention
